The 7 children in "The Sound of Music" after 40 years!

The Sound of Music is a 1965 film. It won the Academy Award for Best Picture of 1965 and is one of the most popular musicals ever produced.
Still remember the 7 children of The Trapp Family?

They were having a reunion after 40 years and all were looking healthy and amazingly well.....

Thanks for sharing. Everytime I watch the movie again (I actually love watching it over and over) I always wonder how the casts look like now.

Thanks Mira, mixnmatch and Darlyn for dropping by.

I really love watching Sound of Music as well, its really a very good movie.

It seems that we were all curious about what happen to the child actors & actresses after all these years. Really glad that they have grown up healthy and amazingly well.

Oh my goodness, was SO pleased to see this. My all time favorite movie. I had the privilege of meeting the Von Trapp family in the late 40's when I was small. They had befriended my piano teacher when they came to the U.S. and were invited to her home. I was very young, but played a one piece on the piano for them and one on the harpsichord. Incidently, Maria did NOT look like Julie Andrews, and Georg did NOT look like Christopher Plummer. LOL

Hi Judy,

Thanks for the visit and your comments.

Wow it must be a great pleasure playing the piano & harpsichord for the Von Trapp family. I wish I had the same experience. Sound of Silence is also one of my favorite movies. :)
