PORK NECK SALAD (Thai)

STEP 1:

Marinating ingredients:

Pork neck

Corriander roots

Ground pepper

Oyster sauce

Knorr seasoning

Garlic

1 tbs sugar

MSg (optional)

Pound corriander roots and mix it to all of the above ingredients.

Taste according to your desired taste.

STEP 2:

Microwave marinated pork without the sauce for about 5-6 minutes.

When ready grill in the oven until golden brown, turn over once.

Slice pork thinly.

If microwave and oven for grilling is not available, just fry it in the

pan cover and cook in a moderate fire until golden brown.

STEP 3:

Salad ingredients:

Isang puno ng kinchay (cut 1” long)

Corriander leaves (chopped)

Spring onion (chopped)

Sliced shallots (about 6 –8 pcs)

Sili (chopped)

Lemon or lime

Fish sauce (patis)

Ground fried rice

Lettuce

Mix cooked pork and all salad ingredients except ground fried rice and lettuce

according to taste.

Add ground fried rice before serving and serve with lettuce or wrap salad sa lettuce.
